#7 dhcpd.conf not reconfigured

When I change informations about a computer (i.e.
adding an hostname, or a static IP address), ungoliantd
doesn't consider the mac address list changed, so DHCPd
config doesn't change and the server isn't restarted.
I have to delete and add a machine to update the
informations in dhcpd.conf.
