#3 multiple audio streams / subtitles not supported

It seems that multiple audio-streams and subtitles are neither supported, nor is it detected if they are erroneously given on the commandline (e.g. -a en,fr).
That lacking support might come from using avi as intermediate container, in which case support for other formats directly via mencoder would be nice to have.
