Basic

Today, I bring you a basic layout of the notepad.
This version is uncomplete, has no skinning function implemented yet.
The resize and reposition work right now for the RichTextBox.
The browser piece is non functional right now, it's represented by a label.

It opens, saves, saves as and Exit's. Basic notes may be taken with this, however, I'm going to need to fix an error of how my save and save as are written. As of now, the leave unwanted characters if you are viewing it in a standard text editor. This is because the carriage return character.
The textbox streches on strech of the window.
