The Uncle Unc project is proud to release its first javabean. The ObjectBrowser looks like a file explorer, but can accept any live java object, automatically exposing its properties and methods for user interaction. Create an instant GUI for managing your application in minutes, and fine-tune it using simple scripting capabilities.

Uncle Unc provides a framework for decoupling back-end services from user interfaces, allowing a wide range of services to be presented in a consistent way to the user. As well as java objects, we currently support log files, databases, jini networks, class repositories and yes - even filesystems.

Uncle Unc codebase has undergone exensive refactoring - latest developers'-only release now available. Includes completely revised internals, a new GUI and a experimental google module using their SOAP API.

New release of the Uncle Unc network client code up, with improved ant build script for easily getting up and running. Also new logging module, primarily for apache log4j, but can also be applied to web server logs, etc.

New release of Uncle Unc code, with most of the 'message passing' code in place now, allowing client-independent conversations between the front end and the middleware layer.
