	While the code base is rather large and imposing I'm still thinking
that it would be beneficial to rewrite at least a portion of the code over
from scratch. Such things like dig can be done very simply with getopt, and
I think a quick review would show that a LARGE part of the code is wheel
reinvention and can be cut, so that even if we use the general BIND9
layout, we can still cut down alot of code and get a much better piece of
software.

Thoughts?
