#57 Error while saving ubf file

Sometimes UnBBayes gives an error while saving an ubf file and all its previous is lost, i.e. instead of saving, it ends up with an empty file. If it is writing to an existing file the result is even worse since I lose the file I had before and no backup is maintained.
