#189 UnBBayes SVN repo is not tagged to identify releases of various module.

The UnBBayes repository contains various maven module, each having their own versions, but the SVN repository does not have tags corresponding to these various releases. As a result, it is impossible to build a released version of any given module.

Suggest that release engineering best practices are followed when releasing a given module.

For reference, here are the existing tags:
