Open Source On Windows

The idea is to install mostly OpenSource? or Software that run both on windows and on GNU/Linux. It is a closer step to run just only systems under GNU/Linux.

I take a selection from ​The Open Disc but it does not necessary means that I include all the programs but it is just a guide.
