Moreover, sometimes umtsmon invokes pppd with "modem /dev/ttyUSB1" even if /dev/ttyUSB0 is in device section of umtsmonrc and dev/ttyUSB0 is present. May be if you then change or add a profile, /dev/ttyUMTS1 is written to umtsmonrc as wrong device. What is the source of the wrong device ? Must have something to do with default settings in the program, which are not properly changed ?
