#1 Tagged values on associations in XMI-Light

I'm working on a rather special delphi translator. To
make it work good I need to set tagged values on
association ends. This is allowed in ARGOUML, which I
use and they end up the the XMI file, but UMT drops
them when converting the XMI file to XMI-Light.

Please change the transforms to include tagged values
on association ends in XMI-Light documents.
