#2 Links to API documentation

In the current xmi2svg version, there's a template called
"outputName". It's called every time a name of a class
or interface is encountered. We use that in an
extension stylesheet to generate links to API
documentation (so you can reach the API of a certain
class simply by clicking on it in the SVG diagram). It
would be great if you could add a similar extension
point to uml2svg.
