#14 Caching of home interfaces (<<ejbref>>)

In the templates of v1.2.0 the generated accessor methods for
bean references have no caching
support.

Suggestion:

Reference XDoclet's utility
objects (as suggested in
http://xdoclet.sourceforge.net/1.2beta/bp.html\) within the
accessor methods.
