#22 Play Selected in Editor Doesn't Work

As in summary

Play Selected button doens't play anything

(also on a side note, when i run UltraStar my computer
seems to mute my Midi output on my soundcard, i have to
manually minimise back to desktop and put sound up so
that Play button works, but play Selected still doens't
work)

It's true. It doesn't work from the time when I upgraded
midi converter to support more midi formats.
