In general a release candidate is a stable release, it is just used to get a wider user base to try it out.
All features are implemented and there are all known problems solved, it just allows the developers to have some time for finding some problems that might arise in specific situations in a users environment.

We do have our controlled testing environments, so we can compare the result of a new release with the one of an old.
These environments are representing an average user situation, but there are always things that can't be taken into account.

I will release another RC due to the last reports and after two weeks the final release should be made available.
I suspect there is nothing essential to change for a release candidate.
