UltraDefrag v7.0.0 stable portable (x64) Intel-AMD crashes immediately upon every launch.

    My system: Windows 7 SP1 (x64), Intel

I did not experience any launch crash in UltraDefrag v6.1.1 stable portable, or other v6.x.x stable versions.

    Launch Crash Error Message:

    ultradefrag.exe - Application Error

The exception Integer division by zero.
(0xc0000094) occurred in the application at location 0x3fd87799.

Click on OK to terminate the program

The error message is the same everytime. There is nothing recorded in ultradefrag.log, or the Windows Event Viewer.

    Below is the DebugView log:-

    00000001 0.00000000 [2100] Error -
00000002 0.00002566 [2100] RtlWerpReportException failed with status code :-1073741823. Will try to launch the process directly
    00000003 0.00004577 [2100]
    00000004 0.00264936 [2100] Error -
    00000005 0.00267075 [2100] StartCrashVertial failed
    00000006 0.00268872 [2100]

Note: I'm not able to create a Bug Ticket, because there is no "v7.0.0 [stable]" option in the Milestone dropdown menu. The only options are: v7.0.0 beta2 & v6.0.3.

    Thanks !

Thank you very much for your report. As it's a simple division by zero exception I expect it wouldn't be difficult to fix it. Meanwhile feel free to use UltraDefrag 6.1.1.

By the way, I have added v7.0.1 milestone to the tracker. I think it wouldn't be correct to use v7.0.0 there as we have made this release already.

The latest 7.0.1 release has been compiled using the most recent wxWidgets 3.1.0 library which fixes a lot of bugs. I'm not sure whether it fixes the reported issue or not, so just give it a try and let me know if nothing has been changed.
