The drives that is not mounted with Drive Letter but by mount-point(function available since windows 2000) are not shown in GUI and therefore can't be defraged with UltraDefrag.
English alphabet contains plenty of letters, just assing one of them to the drive, at least temporarily. I doubt that I'll ever add full support of mount points defragmentation to the program as it would require too many changes to existing algorithms.
