#231 Ultradefrag UI stops updating when running in the computer with high core count.
When using UltraDefrag 7.0.1 on i7-4720HQ CPU (4 physical cores+hyperthreading = 8 virtual cores), when analyzing or defragmenting (probably on all actions) Ultradefrag will be in "not responding" state throughout then action. When action is completed, then it will run normally again. But when I set cpu affinity to just one core the Ultradefrug runs normally. And testing it by changing the number of cores in CPU affinity settings in task manager the linit seems to be 4 cores. With 4 cores everything works still (although there seems to be some jerkiness, but UI is updated), but anything more then that couses problems.
Thank you for feedback. Unfortunately I have no computer with a multicore CPU, so I cannot test it myself and fix the bug right now. In future I hope to get more hardware for testing, and till then the best way to deal with the bug seems to be to use the workaround you've found.
