#180 Pause still using more CPU tahn espected ... (bug or not ?)

Vista (legal and updated) 32 intel - 2 core CPU , user = non admin, ultra-defrag started as admin, 5 virtuals disk, 2 physical disk ( western-digital x2 ).

Hello, i have put 'UltraD' in pause on a "full optimisation' (c:\ - system ) and it still use aproximativly 19% of my cpu ( still got red chart in the task windows / low system and IO process ).

Running 'UltraD' use 20-36% so pause do something. The "count of move" stop and dont continu in background.

Bug or Not , i dont read the sources ...
For sure it's an information.
I can reproduce it ! I espected 'UltraD' to use "0 - 3%" max as pause so i write you that cause it look strange for me.
