#4 Increased options for CSV output

I've been using this program for years for various
teams. Right now I primarily use it for a college
team I coach. The program is great.

My first request would be to split each players stats
by offense and defense points. I want to see when
people are getting blocks, scores, turnovers, etc.
For my college team in particular, I am slightly more
likely to accept turnovers from my D lines than my O
lines.

My second request would be to create a data dump that
was all variables by point that I could pull into a
stat package like SPSS. I don't know how much value
this would have to me in the end, but I really want
to test it.
