#43 Client-side validation missing for PM subject

I noticed that if you send a private message and do not put in a subject it will kick it back out saying the message was empty. This would be extremely aggravating if you typed a long message and forgot a subject and lost it all. I noticed this is the case with later XMB code also. My 1.9.2 forums will just insert "no subject" in the blank if you leave one out... I don't know why this was changed.

Any fix for this?
