#27 request_update result code for link properties and counters
Updates for statistics are implemented and work ok.
But the result code of the request_update function is the same even for properties and counters. However, updates for thoses link characterristics are not implemented, yet.
The result code should be ULLA_ERROR_NOT_SUPPORTED.
