Initial UL2 setup complete

I'm happy to announce that UL2 project is ready for serious development.
SVN is set with working sources (what's writte so far), relatively complete project documentation, Javadoc and architecture schematics.
Licensing documentation has been properly applied.
Project website (http://ul2.sf.net/ , http://ul2.wrath-soft.com/\) and forum (http://wrath-soft.com/forums/) are set and ready for usage.

We're commencing sub-tasks and priority definitions, and as soon as we're ready we'll set a time-schedule for further development.

NOTE: If you have ConceptDRAW office or a software able to open ConceptDRAW files you can check the project plan in the SVN Docs folder.
