UIPublish 0.3.1

In the Control Panel (administration interface), on the
Add Event page (uipublish_admin/add_cal.php), the
Section dropbox (at the bottom of the page) shows
incorrect choices. The choices shown are the article
sections rather than the event sections. The bug may be
caused by lines 86 and 87.
