Enc26j60收发驱动-用stm32驱动

Function:
1. It will send out one packet, use wireshark to capture this packet.
2. It will enter receive mode in a while loop, use xcap to send packets to board, it will show the received packet via seiral port.
3. The destination MAC address should change according to the test PC.
