[uima-source] question in UIMA document analyser GUI

Hello UIMA Support,
  I had another question while using UIMA. I was able to create a  application using the type desciptor and analysis engine descriptor in  UIMA. It does the job as I want to. But I needed a modification in it.  I was trying to give a flexibility in using the Annotator. I wanted to  allow the user to check a box if he needs a certain option in the  document analyser GUI and accordingly run the annotator. 
  I do not know how to include the check boxes in the document analyser GUI and how to work with it.
  I hope you understand my question. Please give me an example if possible.
