First off, I am not a mapper, but it seems like you hit an engine limit? If that is the case, I can't help unless the limits in the engine and in the bsp compiler are raised which is _not_ necessarily a "piece-of-cake" work.

I used UQE tools and Hammer of Thyrion tools as well, but neither of them helped me with my actual problem:
numtexinfo == MAX_MAP_TEXINFO
Don´t you know of some quick tricks how to avoid this?
