My problem: one of the maps crashes the game on trying to load: Mazaera level Court of 1000 Warriors. When I try to go to the level I get this in the console:

sv_loadeffects: bad type
host_error: program error
I have tried many times to load the map but always get this error. Any ideas?

This save isn't generated by uhexen2 as released by us: it's generated
by a version or a fork which, I believe, applied Spike's bsp2 patch as
evidenced by incompatible number of 255 lightstyles instead of 64, so
I can not even load it using the normal uhexen2 releases: it rightfully
errors.
As for your specific error: Since you are using a modified version of
uhexen2, I have to suggest that you seek help from whomever you got the
binaries. Sorry that I cannot help.

AFAIK, Steam does not distribute uhexen2 binaries: someone posted it
on Steam forums, I guess. Whoever did that, he/she posted a modified
version of uhexen2, not the official ones.

Please post your save (zip the save directory, e.g. s0 or s1 or whatever) here, so that we can try to understand the issue.
