Hmm, I see that 'maraakate' is not a master server but a plain game server:

However master.qtracker.com doesn't respond for me, neither by using my hwmquery, nor by qstat:

HWM master.qtracker.com:27900 no response
$ ./hwmquery master.qtracker.com:27900
HWMASTER QUERY 0.2.2

However it work, tell to someone create server with my config's so after a 5 minutes server will be showed up in Qtracker browser.
I now testing it with my russian friend and it works.
Its now hwmaster its qtracker and it has another logic i think

it is possible to set multiple master servers
like
setmaster "master.qtracker.com:27900 master0.gamespy.com:28900 anothermaster.new.com:27900" ??

You already can specify multiple master server addresses on the setmaster command line. Just remember that every time you run setmaster, the masters list is reset.

Well, it means that we cannot query their master server which is not good (unless they provide protocol information on how to do that, of course.)
