Skull Wizard Invincibility Bug

I have encountered a bug when playing v1.5.5 of HOT only online where when you encounter a skull wizard you may initially attack them but as soon as they teleport else where they become completely invincible. They even allow you to run through them as they are attacking you. I figured this should be reported. I have no clue if this is a bug related to h2ded.exe or glh2.exe
Possibly a bug in the game code (i.e. the HexenC code), I don't think
it is related to any net-code. A related forum post was here:

Well the only reason why I think it does have to do with the net-code is because you never encounter this problem in Singleplayer. Only when you play Multiplayer over the Internet.
P.S. Like I said this doesnt happen in singleplayer but multiplayer only and I have only notice it happening when I connect to my dedicated server of the game. Not when launching a listen server.
So that alone tells me this may have to do with yalls h2ded.exe or whatever is related to functioning with it.
I also would consider this to be a pretty major bug seeing as it effects a good majority of the gameplay in Multiplayer.
I cannot say that it is impossible, but h2ded alone being responsible
for this is very unlikely. As I said, earlier I'll try to look into
it as time permits, but no promises for an ETA.
