Found a website that specialises in http://www.i-fx.tv Special Effects more on the physical side of things like wind, Rain, Smoke, and Water Effects as well as pyrotechnics. They also have a good knowledge of VFX -- View this message in context: http://www.nabble.com/Special-Effects-tp24755013p24755013.html Sent from the uhapi4linux-devel mailing list archive at Nabble.com. |

Dear UHAPI4Linux developers, I am pleased to announce the latest SDL-based UHAPI4Linux release, numbered 0.3, and the latest UHAPI4Linux release, numbered 1.0, which is now based on the DirectFB graphics library. As you may know we have actively been working on replacing the SDL by DirectFB (thanks dok!), as well as other enhancements to UHAPI4Linux components and the StreamDemo application. For developers out there: I've created two new branches: NXP_com-SDL and NXP_com-DirectFB. The MAIN branch has been merged with NXP_com-DirectFB, so the main development will continue with the DirectFB library. For reference & historical purposes, the SDL-based variant will remain in the NXP_com-SDL branch. For your convenience, I have added the DirectFB Debian binary packages for i386 architecture to the 1.0 release. These can be used together with the latest DirectFB-based version of the StreamDemo. Enjoy! Pjotr Kourzanov |

Dear colleagues, I am pleased to welcome the first external developer to our project. His name is Robert and he is from LogicaCMG. Robert is going to work on audio component implementation tasks (PC platform). Currently, the CVS is split into two branches. One is called Philips_com (this is where developments from Philips Researcg will take place). Another one I just created, and its called LogicaCMG_com. That is where LogicaCMG developer(s) will contribute components fixes. (please wait before checking-in/out until the branch is created by sf.net, this can take about 3 hours in my experience). Note that this initial setup is subject to change in the near future. Regards, Pjotr Kourzanov |
