Conceptually it is a <a class="" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Graph_%28mathematics%29" rel="nofollow">directed multi-graph</a> (whose non-directed version may be connected or unconnected) in which every vertex and every edge owns at least one tag.</p> <p>Every tag is identified with a name, which is unique for the vertex or edge, and has a value.
