#6 Poor error when teleporting a Readonly command

GRIPE from Chisel(24235) in Chisel's Top-Area(55915):
(BUG?) If you try to teleport a ReadOnly command it
says: "You must either control the destination, or it
must have its Link_OK flag set." - rather than something
useful...like "You cannot move a readonly object"
