I have the same prob there is no create or build button in the list and i cant find them in the scripts there is only an little blue block behind the definition of the buildings in this place is normal the create button but i dont see them.
I use Firefox 2.0 and i have tested it whit IE but is the same problem.
Can anyone Help us?

The error is in one language file (buildings.mo)
