Is it possible to make uftp has fec feature for multicast file transfer?

Daniel,

Although FEC was considered as a candidate feature for version 4.0, given the nature of the UFTP protocol it was decided that this feature would not add enough utility to justify the large amount of time and effort required to design and implement it properly.
