Unfortunately, UFTP does not work over a one way link. The reliability mechanisms require a back channel. Feedback doesn't need to travel over the same link as the data, however. If you have a separate low speed link, you can use that as a back channel. The -R option to the client (i.e. receiver) can facilitate this.
