did a full build on NetBSD-current and tested it (w/o lensfun) to check
if any portability issues have crept in. All built and ran fine, with
only a few warnings:
lcms.h doing comparisons > 0 on size_t (unsigned on NetBSD, and they
jconfig.h defining HAVE_STDLIB (this is lame; either jconfig.h
shouldn't do that or dcraw shouldn't include it - not sure which)
some int->double warnings in dark frame code, but it looks ok to me,
and I'm not sure how one is supposed to do this differently.
I doubt any of these are because of BSD - build log available if anyone

I've had a hand in the dark frame code, so I'd like to see these
warnings to see if it can be done better.
