UFRaw 0.21 which will be announced shortly adds support for using camera WB with the SONY ILCE-6000 (A6000). After updating you can submit WB presets as described here: http://ufraw.sourceforge.net/Contribute.html

WB presets for the SONY ILCE-6000 have been added to the UFRaw cvs repository and will be included in the next release. I close this feature request as fixed.

I've just pulled the latest release from CVS and although there are lots of presets now (unlike in 0.22) there is still no support for Camera WB. It's not supported by dcraw either which I suspect is why it's still missing here.
