#311 Import recipes from ufraw ids

The idea comes from many softwares allowing to apply a recipe to different raw images.
It would be very nice to save some ufraw Id files with custom settings and use them as working recipes.
Next the user could open a new raw and import some or all settings from that ID file.
Think them as custom elaborations of the image!

Alternative:
A simple but less user friendly solution would be: if on a command line is passed a ufraw file and + a raw image the presets are taken from the ufraw file and the image is taken from raw.
