#281 Lightroom non-destructive edits

Adobe Lightroom saves alterations to DNG RAW files in a non-destructive fashion which is applied on-top of the original RAW image. Whilst Lightroom can be set to either write these changes in a parallel file or back into the original DNG, none of these changes are visible in UFRAW.

Please add support to read-these edits so the latest version of the image can be loaded.
