#275 documentation: explain raw histogram

While frequency vs intensity histograms are reasonably well-known (but probably should be explained more often), the raw histogram in ufraw is a bit mysterious. Especially since the docs start by extolling how useful this is, it would be great to have a better description of what it tells us and how it can be so useful!
