#270 Add functionality to ufraw gui to load preset(s)

It would be nice if ufraw gui would provide functionality to load preset(s) from a selected id-file.
It could even provide a mask to select which settings should be used from the selected id-file ( e.g. only white-balance or contrast-curve ... ) and merge the selected settings with settings of current file.

This would speed up workflow for images that were take in a row. Thus one only needs to adapt detail settings of one image and afterwards sticks to those settings for the other images too.
