#216 Color matrix from a text file

It would be great if in "Color management" tab user could choose a color matrix from a text file. If user can choose an arbitrary ICC profile file, selection of arbitrary color matrix file would be also very useful.

1. By this way color matrices for unsupported cameras can be tested before their submission for UFraw support.

2. Users can adjust color matrix parameters in plain text editor.
