#412 GoPro HERO5 black - Camera Support

I have a new GoPro HERO5 Black which supports taking raw images. Sadly
no open source program is able to open this images. It would be great
if you could add support for this camera to dcraw. I've uploaded a
sample file here:

From the FAQ:
The .GPR format is an extension Adobe’s .DNG format, adding enhanced
compression (VC5 Standard)
