* Recompressed all textures in base/textures/tex_streets with Trimage image compressor and commited those files, where a filesize reduction of at least 5% (up to 93.5%) was achieved
* Replaced TGA street overlays with PNG files to cut file size nearly 50%. Why was I using TGAs?
