* Recompressed all textures in base/textures/tex_furniture with Trimage image compressor and commited those files, where a filesize reduction of at least 5% (up to 72.7%) was achieved
* Converted some of the recently upgraded textures to 8bit indexed colors to reduce filesizes and improve loading performance (chest005, kitchen001-003, wash_a)

* Rescaled all wash_a textures on all map files and prefabs (TODO:repeat this operation in data_source)
* Replaced low-res wash_a pngs with high-res power-of-2 version
