* Reduced filesizes of the nations pictures folder by compressing/optimizing the files with pngout
* Lowered filesizes by using indexed colors (8bit=256 colors) for the nations' flag pics (base/pics/nations)
* use the trunk base content
* delete the base to allow to copy the trunk one
* tweaking 5 of the bloc flags to be a bit more clear and simplified.
