UFO:Alien Invasion Code

* More music file-size reduction, which I forgot to finish (Thanks Mattn for reminding me).
* TODO: The only tracks that still need size-reduction are all the "Marine" tracks and the "Return Journey" one by Gren, then they'll all be done!
* NOTE: Today I'm going to be busy and won't likely get back to this until hopefully no later than tomorrow, if Marine can be contacted sooner and is willing to reduce his tracks himself the new format, as a reminder, is:
* 44,100 Hz, Stereo, OGG with variable bit rate target of 128, max 160, min of 32.
* The other tracks seem to mostly work fine at these settings.
* FYI if Gren can re-render his track at these settings also that would be great.
* Otherwise, when I'm free again I'll reduce the remaining tracks myself.
