[UDT] network <-> host order conversion of port number missing

Hi,

I am not getting the latest UDT version from the CVS to run between AIX/POWERPC <-> LINUX/INTEL and LINUX/INTEL <-> LINUX/INTEL.

Apparently there is the byte order conversion of sin_port of struct sockaddr_in missing, check out the attached workaround.
