[UDT] how it works

Hi,

I am new to udt (udp based).as you mentioned class ccc have events to be
overridden. Could any one please let me know can i use or integrate udt
congestion control to delay tolerant networks like where delay could be in
seconds,minutes, hours, a day or even more. Can i use udp in this scenario?

If yes please help in how to start integrating it and use it.
