[udf-dlm-develop] Readable PIDFs, and errors therein

Folks,

Out of curiosity, I ran my fpidf script on all the PIDFs.  There's 
still a large number of errors.  

To make things easy for you, I've written a quick wrapper script that
HTMLizes the output and indexes it.  Results are at:

	http://mena.lanl.gov/udf/pidfs/

This is a page with links to readable PIDFs for all instruments.  
Some have script-detected errors: if your browser supports Cascading 
Style Sheets, these will show up in red.

I strongly urge all teams to look at the results for their instrument
(even the ones without indicated errors).  You may save yourself a lot 
of wasted effort.
